Betafence South Africa (Pty) Ltd, a fast-paced manufacturing plant based in Paarl is looking for a hands-on shift / team leader with the following:
Min 3 years working in manufacturing experience
Min Grade 12: a technical qualification an advantage
Strong people management, organisational and problem-solving skills
Capacity to learn and apply knowledge
The key performance areas include:
Production control
Mechanical troubleshooting
Quality control
Basic administration
Supervisory management of small team
