Food Service Supervisor (1 Post)
SALARY LEVEL 3 = R62 094 PER ANNUM
REF NO: BOLAND-1/2010/2011
Requirements:
1. Grade 12 or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
2. Must be fluent in at least two official languages, of which one must be English.
3. Must have a minimum of one year relevant experience of post.
Core functions:
• To supervise Food Service Aids in the catering, preparation and serving of food.
• Render assistance to the manager of the Mess with the management of products.
• Quality assurance of all meals served.
General:
Only the official application form Z83 will be accepted. All instructions on the application form must be adhered to, failure to do so may result in the rejection of the application.
A comprehensive CV, certified copy of ID and proof of qualification must be submitted together with the application form.
Persons who retired from Public Service by taking a severance package, early retirement or medical reasons as well as persons with previous convictions, are excluded.
