Cascade Country Manor is looking to fill the following positions:
Qualified Head Chef
• The successful candidate can work independently and has a passion for Mediterranean cuisine using fresh ingredients and cured meats.
• Banqueting experience will be an advantage.
Reservationist / Front Office Assistant
• Friendly personality with experience or relevant qualification for hotel reservations.
• Excellent English written communication and one other European language will be an advantage.
