Beverage/Mineral Water Company in Franschhoek seeks young, dynamic person
Chamonix Wine Farm is looking for a young person with a minimum of 1 year in a food/water factory, or with experience as a Quality Controller.
Applicants must have matriculated with passes in mathematics and science.
The appointee will be responsible for syrup preparation and to carry out and document quality checks throughout production, and will be responsible for maintaining a filing system for traceability purposes.
He/she needs to be able to accurately weigh and measure raw materials, therefore strong numerical accuracy is vital. Good communication skills are essential and a knowledge of GMP would be advantageous.
