• JUNIOR WAITERS / COMMIS DE RANG (fine dining experience essential)
• PORTERS
• FOOD & BEVERAGE CONTROLLER
Requirements:
• MS Office.
• Must be accurate and self-reliant.
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans.
• Experience in similar position.
Duties:
Responsible for all stock control procedures, stock reports, purchasing control and stock take of food, beverage and operating equipment.
