IT Support Technician
A well-established Paarl IT company in the Wine industry has a position for a passionate in-house IT Support Technician.
Responsibilities include:
- Infrastructure maintenance and support, including LAN, WAN file /DNS server, firewall, mail and internet proxy. (Windows Environment)
- Client workstation installation and support, including LAN, Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Office, internet connectivity, e-mail etc.
- Debugging, reconciliation and maintenance of custom developed integrated database and reporting systems. (SQL, Visual Basic, .Net, XML, Html)
- General administrative tasks, including sourcing and procurement of hardware and software, IT fixed asset register, IT support schedules etc.
Preferably a three-year Information Technology (Technikon) Diploma with a minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
