SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Dynamic individual required to develop & maintain existing clients.
Source and develop new customer base.
Enable the Estate to meet and/or exceed group revenue goals.
Professionally represent the Estate in the industry, community and at events.
Responsible for growth, development & performance of subordinates.
Full MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication in both English & Afrikaans required.
Presentation, consultation & facilitation skills.
Project management.
Self-management, well-organised.
Grade 12 & applicable tertiary qualification.
Min 3 yrs’ experience.
STOREKEEPER
Dynamic individual required to control, maintain & issue spares & equipment.
Adhere to prescribed levels when issuing.
Maintain stock records.
Prepare orders & maintain records of fuel & related products.
Assist in workshop & perform other duties as required.
Grade 12 + 6 months to 1 year's relevant experience.
Well-organised, self-management.
Well-groomed appearance.
WAITRONS
Dynamic self-starters required to offer superior customer service.
Sound knowledge of food & wine preparation.
Ability to liaise with guests.
Well organised.
Grade 12 + min of 2 yrs’ hospitality experience.
4/5 Star experience advantageous.
Formal waitron course an advantage.
Shift work applicable.
