IMPORTS CO-ORDINATOR

H.G. Molenaar Group of Companies in Paarl requires a competent person to support their Agency business.

This position will be responsible for customer service, quotes, invoicing, accounting, logistics, supporting technical staff in the field and other Administration within the Agency Import business.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Excellent administration and communication skills (fluent in English and Afrikaans)
• Inventory and Costing experience
• Imports experience
• Be computer literate
• Customer Service background advantageous
• Friendly and efficient
• Be able to work under pressure and have the ability to prioritise.
• Work independently

The minimum education requirements are a Grade 12 certificate with a good pass and 5 years’ working experience in a related field.
