Dynamic, self-starters required to assist and take responsibility for the running of a particular section in the kitchen
Sound knowledge of principles and methods for cooking procedures, ingredient knowledge and recipes
Grade 12 + relevant Hospitality qualification preferable
Minimum 1 years experience in similar position and environment
4/5 Star experience advantageous
Shift work applicable
