Our client, a well-known and established restaurant situated on a polo and wine estate between Paarl and Franschhoek currently requires the services of a
FLOOR MANAGER
This challenging career opportunity will suit a charismatic and mature professional who demonstrates excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Customer Service; Front of House Hygiene; Manage-ment and Training of Waiters and Bartenders; Stock Control; Cash-up; Special events planning/organising of small functions; General restaurant duties.
Prerequisites are:
• You should have 3-5 years’ relevant experience; • Be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) • Availability to work irregular hours is prerequisite.
Proficiency in the Pilot or Platinum programme is advantageous. A competitive salary package is on offer.
Starting date: As soon as possible.
