TEACHER/TUTOR living in or close to Franschhoek to work with two home-schooled boys.
SNAP is an intensive intervention program for children with autism and special needs. We have 2 young boys of around 10 years old who need home-schooling, under the supervision of the SNAP program. Their first language is English.
The right applicant will have the following:
• A teaching background (a diploma or BEd degree with experience)
• A passion for working with children
• Be willing to go through a two-week training program
• Ability to work on her own with regular visits of support from the Program Manager
• Reliable
• Ability to be flexible
• Committed (commitment is vital)
• Physically and emotionally healthy and strong
• Police clearance certificate or willing to get one
• Be bright and cheerful.
