A leading food & wine destination in Franschhoek is looking for an experienced Executive Chef with strong operational talents and proven management skills.
It is the purpose of this job to ensure that guests' hospitality experience is a truly memorable one, while at the same time ensuring overall profitability and efficiency of the operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Menu design, kitchen management Quality of food, service & guest experience Business- & product/service development Operations management & admin Financial planning, budgeting & cost control
Minimum requirements:
10 Years experience in a similar role Strong understanding of financial & operational principles Ability to interact effectively with staff, guests & media A strong passion for food & wine
