Zuid-Afrika Specialist is a rapidly growing, Dutch-based incoming internet tour operator that markets tours, car/camper rental, activities and accommodations to the Dutch and Belgian market.
We are currently RECRUITING for a new position in our Franschhoek office, which is housed in our residence in the village.
Working hours will be Monday - Saturday from 09:00 - 12:30 and 13:00 - 17:00, with one day off during the week.
The position is full-time, but will be subject to a 6-month trial period.
Vacancy: The activities will include communicating with Dutch clients by email and telephone regarding their travel needs and developing suitable itineraries.
The activities will also include making financial calculations and checking the invoices concerning the reservations. The successful applicant will also be expected to manage the published tours on our website and assist with reservations and administration.
Skills required: Excellent knowledge of South Africa as a tourism destination is essential.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Dutch and English. Candidates must be detail-orientated, courteous and professional in both written and personal interactions with clients and colleagues.
Candidates must be younger than 40 years and very accurate with good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
