is a dynamic printing establishment specialising in the printing and finishing of high quality magazines, books, labels, brochures and similar print matter.
We are currently seeking a suitably qualified person with comparable training and experience to take on the challenging role of General Manager: Finance.
GENERAL MANAGER - FINANCE
Paarl
Reporting to the Managing Director, the General Manager: Finance will be responsible for the total financial management of the company. This includes the interpretation and presentation of financial statements, control of management information and the participation in the formulation of the strategic vision of the company. A strong emphasis will be placed on operational issues along with performance measurement of production processes, stock control and the management and motivation of staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and supervision of the financial department, cost estimation, stock control, information technology, Management Information Systems and the co-ordination of the annual budget in consultation with the various departments.
Envisaged is a seasoned and qualified financial accountant who has exceptional business acumen and communication ability.
The position requires an energetic, lateral thinker with energy levels and is an individual who has an entrepreneurial spirit coupled with problem solving abilities.
