RECEPTIONIST / SECRETARY The position of Receptionist/Secretary has become available at our Wellington office.
The main purpose of the position is to promote a welcoming and professional corporate image, through the efficient handling of clients, whether telephonically or by personal contact, the co-ordinating of all advertising and administrative activities for the branch.
KEY REQUIREMENTS: The suitable applicant must have: • Experience in reception/secretarial duties • Good telephone and front office manner • Good interpersonal skills/service orientation • Computer literate
