Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for
Overall management of organisational operations
Developing and maintaining a strategic programme of action within the organisation
Reporting to the Board of Directors on all Financial, Organisational and Programme matters
Ensuring implementation and maintenance of workplace policies and systems
Providing visionary leadership to organisation
Requirements
Appropriate qualifications in management
Additional qualifications in Broadcasting and Communications will be an advantage
3-5 years experience in management
Excellent communication skills
Proven track record in: Organisational Management, People Management, Conflict Management.
