CapeNature is offering 8 Field Guiding training opportunities in their Boland Mountain Region. This includes the following nature reserves:
Jonkershoek, Limietberg, Kogelberg and Hottentots Holland.
Requirements: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
Recommendations: Good verbal and written communication skills, customer care, experience in tourism/conservation/marketing.
Key Performance Areas: Guide tourists into the nature reserves, liaise with local role-players, and develop tour packages.
NB: CapeNature will facilitate the following: Field guide training, First Aid training, Registration with Dept. Economic Development and Tourism, provide the site for training
Subsequent to the training, CapeNature does not guarantee employment. Specify in your application the nature reserve of your interest.
