Peninsula Beverage Company, the franchise bottler of Coca-Cola products in the Western Cape requires a Clerk in our Administration department.
Duties and Responsibilities will include the following: You will be required to download sales data to mainframe, ensure that all relevant documentation is printed for the next day’s deliveries, settle and reconcile Driver Salesmen loads according to company standards. You must be able to process all relevant information for deliveries accurately and timeously and ensure that Drivers settle their deliveries.
Minimum Requirements: • Matric certificate, • 1 Year administration experience • Lotus 123 and Excel • Knowledge of Basis advantageous
