SITE ENGINEER
Based in the Western Cape
Hextex, a Division of the Frame Textile Group, requires the services of a Site Engineer. Hextex, one of the largest employers in the Boland, is a well-established company situated in Worcester. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be responsible and accountable for the provision of an effective maintenance service to the site and the management of subordinates within the engineering disciplines.
In order to meet the demands of this challenging position, the incumbent must have a relevant engineering qualification, an electrical diploma and a government certification. A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in a same or similar senior position would be an advantage. In addition, the individual must have a proven record in all aspects of engineering, management and man-management. Risk Management and understanding & application of relevant legislation is essential.
