The Control Room is the nerve centre of the Armed Response Operation and it is the responsibility of the Control Room Operators to monitor alarms and activations, deploy response officers to incidents or alarm activations and call and inform clients.
We are looking for candidates with:
• SIRA/SOB Registration (minimum Grade E)
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Computer literacy - essential
• Minimum qualification - Grade 10 (Std 8)
• Very good telephonic manner
• Excellent communication - bilingual
• Able to work shifts and overtime
