Royal Sechaba is currently looking for an Administration Assistant
at a prestigious private hospital in Paarl.

The job will entail:
• Reconciling daily issue sheets
• Daily capturing of invoices/processing thereof
• Printing and filing of various reports on a daily basis
• General administration of unit
• Menu costing
• Completing all weekly and monthly reports

The successful applicant should:
• Have matric
• Knowledge of the Catering Industry, experience in the kitchen, with 2 - 3 years’ experience as an admin assistant.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Portray the correct corporate image
• Have own transport (essential)
• Be able to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
• Also be able to manage staff
