Royal Sechaba is currently looking for an Administration Assistant at a prestigious private hospital in Paarl.
The job will entail: Reconciling daily issue sheets Daily capturing of invoices/processing thereof Printing and filing of various reports on a daily basis General administration of unit Menu costing Completing all weekly and monthly reports
The successful applicant should: Have matric Knowledge of the Catering Industry, experience in the kitchen, with 2 - 3 years experience as an admin assistant. Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel Portray the correct corporate image Have own transport (essential) Be able to work flexible hours and occasional weekends Also be able to manage staff
