Berg River Textiles, located in Paarl, Western Cape, is a textile operation producing high quality yarns and woven cotton and polycotton fabrics, in dyed and printed form. In addition BRT has the ability to convert fabrics of other compositions
The Company seeks to fill the following position:
ELECTRICIAN
Reporting to the Site Engineer/Maintenance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for carrying out all electrical maintenance and repairs on site timeously, efficiently and cost effectively.
In order to meet the requirements of this position, the incumbent must have a relevant Electrical & Electronics qualification (Red Seal Certification with wireman licence) with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a same or similar position. In addition, the individual must have a proven record in all aspects of electrical and electronic engineering and an understanding & application of relevant legislation is essential
