RESERVATIONIST
Minimum 2 years’ experience required.
Good communication and people skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Computer literate with experience in Fidielo.
Applicant must be prepared to work shifts.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Restaurant Manager for one of South Africa's Top Ten Restaurants in the country and top 50 restaurants in the world. A member of Relais & Chateaux, situated in Franschhoek. Must have at least 3 years’ management experience, energetic and enthusiastic with a good knowledge of wines. Must be prepared to work shifts and have a driver’s licence.
SHOP ASSISTANT
The applicant must be computer literate with the ability to work on a Point of Sale System.
Must be a good peoples person with good communication skills in English, well-groomed and honest in the handling of cash. The applicant will also be expected to work on weekends.
