SALES ADMINISTRATOR

A leading manufacturer requires the services of a Sales Administrator at their factory in PAARL.

Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Administrate products and product coding to conform to national standards.
- Administrate pricing and price structures.
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly sales and margin reports.
- Attend to price queries from Debtors
- Prepare customer quotations.
- General sales administration.
- Field sales support.
- Debtors: Farm reports and credit applications.

Reporting to the Sales Manager the successful candidate will require:
- Preferably a BSc Agric or BCom Marketing qualification.
- Excellent understanding of MS Office programs.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and energetic approach to work.
- Ability to formulate systems and administrate information.
- Converse and write fluently in English and Afrikaans.
- Code 08 driver's licence.
