STORE MANAGER
We currently have vacancies for a Store Manager at Pep Stores in the Boland area.
In order to be considered, the following attributes/person specifications are required:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
- Proven supervisory skills
- Effective communication, decision making and problem solving skills
- Previous retail management experience would be advantageous
- Code 08 driver's licence
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, your primary responsibility will be to increase sales (±100%), reduce stock loss, (±2%), and control overall expenses. As team leader you will be responsible for the effective management of the store and the personnel.
