- Wellington -
Salary: Market-related salary negotiable according to qualifications and experience. The formal requirement for this position is a Senior Certificate.

The following will serve as recommendations:
• Experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry
• experience in a secretarial or client care environment
• computer literacy (MS Office)
• good communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape
• excellent interpersonal skills
• strong organisational skills.
The duties entail the following:
• Assist in the co-ordination of events, functions and shows
• assist with general enquiries and providing accurate information
• assist in building strong relationships with members
• managing the display area and ensuring availability of up-to-date brochures and information
• answering incoming telephone calls and assisting with enquiries, referrals and taking messages
• assisting with secretarial and financial support duties
