We are in search of a Store Developer for our store in Paarl, Ref (SD 111) (X1)
The incumbent will report directly to the Area Developer and will be required to maximise the profit and turnover of his/her store, as well as motivate and manage a small team of Sales Specialists.

- Do you have the emotional maturity to endure tough challenges?
- Do you have the managerial skills required to manage a team of sales staff?
- Do you have the mental endurance to handle pressurised deadlines?
- Do you have the business acumen to analyse and interpret business financials?
- Do you have the motivational capacity to raise the standards of your team?
- Do you have well developed analysing and problem solving skills?
- Do you have a passion for the jewellery retail industry?
