EXTRUSION SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Our Paarl based client, a leading manufacturer in the woven textile industry, is seeking to appoint a Shift Supervisor in the Extrusion Department.
The successful applicant will take charge of all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Extrusion production plant on a 24/7 shift, including managing of production personnel; health and safety; ensuring optimisation of the plant, people, resources, raw materials, quality, production and production control.
A Senior Certificate is required, enhanced by at least three to five years' successful experience in a similar position. Knowledge and prior management of manufacturing process is essential. Experience with plastic extrusion equipment would be advantageous.
Suitable applicants will be team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
