Collotype Labels CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) Collotype is an International label printing company operating in Australia, North America and Europe. Collotype RSA is South Africa's largest Premium Label Solutions provider, specialising in the wine and spirit industries. We require a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our sales objectives through the provision of professional administrative outcomes. Reporting to the Logistics Director, you must be results orientated. You will be required to support the sales team in internal administrative functions including, but not limited to- order processing, quote estimating, internal client communica-tions, project co-ordination, record keeping, correspondence and other relevant functions. You will be required to maintain close liaison and communication with Collotype Sales Representatives and customers. Aside from competent administrative skills, you will be required to demonstrate • Excellent communication skills • Sound computer literacy (Word, Excel & Outlook as a minimum) • Must possess a commitment to exceptional customer service • Be a team focused individual • Sound written and numerical competencies • Attention to detail • Be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner The successful applicant must be willing to learn and be challenged in a demanding and dynamic environment.
