5-Star Luxury Hotel positioned in Franschhoek, voted in the Top 50 Restaurants of the World and a member of Relais & Chateaux have the following positions available.
All applicants will be required to have:
• previous 5-star experience essential
• to work shifts.
• be proficient in English, spoken and written
• Computer literacy in Windows Office and Fidelio 7.12 where necessary
• Well groomed and have good communication skills
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence
Hotel Head Receptionist - Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience. Excellent people and telephone skills.
Night Auditor - Previous experience needed.
Head Housekeeper - 5 years’ management experience. Code 8 driver’s licence.
Driver - Valid driver's licence with PDP. Clean driving record and good references.
Switchboard and Administration - Good telephone and typing skills are essential.
Host/Hostess (Private Suites) - Must have experience in Guest Liaison, butler and/or waitering skills.
Restaurant Host - Good communication skills with both local and international guests.
Tasting Room Manager - Minimum 3 years’ experience. Fully bilingual, well groomed and have good communication skills with local and international guests. Late shift only.
Breakfast chefs: x 2 - minimum 3 years’ experience
• Full-time position, early shifts only. Good baking and preserving skills.
• Part-time position, mornings only.
Private breakfast chef for exclusive suites.
