Our luxury 5* property seeks up to 10 dynamic professionals with a sense of urgency and an eye for detail. A minimum of 1 year's similar work experience in a 5* environment and exceptional interpersonal and guest relations qualities essential.
The successful candidates will be self-motivated team players displaying the initiative to work without close supervision, experienced, passionate, formally qualified and creative individuals, with extensive à la carte exposure.
Positively stimulated by high pressure situations, meeting emergency demands consistently and effectively, consistently delivering 5* standards in terms of kitchen hygiene, food cost and guest satisfaction.
