Franschhoek Wine Valley & Tourist Association seeks to fill the following key positions to undertake specific duties that will help to promote the image of Franschhoek and accelerate its growth as a premier tourist destination, locally, regionally and internationally.
We are looking for hardworking, self-driven and passionate individuals with a sound track record and strictly over 5 years’ experience:
Operations Manager (senior position)
Reporting to Oversee overall management of all FWVTA functions, events, members services, visitor services, special projects, administration.
Accountant
Responsible for invoicing, receivables, creditors, payroll, VAT and PAYE returns, cash management, budgeting, accounts to trial balance (Pastel) and monthly reporting (Excel). Certain administrative duties will also be undertaken by this person.
Special Projects Co-ordinator
Reporting to the manager, the special projects co-ordinators will oversee marketing projects, public relations, members support, targeted marketing campaigns, communications, media & stakeholder liaison etc.
Personal Assistant
Undertake the administration function of the CEO's office, board liaison including communication between strategic partners and the office of the CEO.
