Paarl wine cellar processing 100 tons of grapes needs an assistant to the winemaker.
Duties cover all aspects of wine making as well as despatch and control of bottled wine.
Record keeping, stock counting and quality control procedures are part of the job.
The successful candidate will have worked at least two vintages in a wine cellar, have passed SKOP 2 or better, be computer (spreadsheet) literate.
A public driver’s licence would be an advantage.
