Le Verger, the Orchard Restaurant comprises individual glass conservatories collectively seating 120 guests, dining al fresco style.

Located within a working fruit orchard, Le Verger boasts interactive cooking stations with a variety of cuisines. The Le Verger Deli offers a selection of local and imported gourmet products.

This very special venue seeks an experienced operator with a minimum of 3 years’ restaurant management experience in a 5* high volume operation.

Core competencies include the flexible management of our Le Verger Restaurant and Deli within agreed budgetary limits, ensuring that the company and the individual staff members mutually benefit through the ability to attain optimum performance and growth, thereby continually exceeding guest expectations.

Selection criteria include: Exceptional staff development and employee relations skills coupled with the professional creativity of a hands-on restaurateur.
