QUALIFICATIONS
• Grade 12
• 2+ years relevant experience

• Good interpersonal skills
• Work under pressure
• Able to work shifts
• PC Literate
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Pre-shift inspection
• Personnel utilisation/relations
• Operational Health and Safety
• Total production control and management
• Raw material re-usage, planning and control
• Quality: Raw materials, finished products, ISO procedures, NIR, Lab samples
