Responsibilities: - Assist winemaker with cellar management - includes all cellar operations - Analysis and fining trials and filtration - Oversee process from bulk wine intake to bottling or bulk wine export - Manage bulk wine transport between cellars - Manage cellar staff - Cellar administration which included the following: SAWIS, wine certification, wine analysis and location, recording of processes on EZY
Requirements: - Grade 12 or similar qualification - Willingness to work overtime - Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised - Good communicating and numerical skills - Own transport recommended - Basic knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, OHS
