Accounts Payable Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Checking, matching invoices and orders, processing and posting of invoices and credit notes
- Perform reconciliations of creditors and general ledger control accounts
- Process payments and reimbursements
- Query handling
- Ensure all invoices/orders are properly authorised within authorisation levels
- Month end close-off
- Creditors master file maintenance
- Research and approval of new vendors/suppliers
- Record expected weekly cash flows on cash flows forecast
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 Years’ creditors experience
- PC Literacy to a high standard
- Be passionate about accuracy with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
