ST. HELENA BAY FISHING The following position has become available within the Fishing Division. This position will operate from our Stompneus Bay offices. A financial generalist is sought with proven technical skills and the ability to contribute to the overall business. This key position offers a wide range of responsibilities in a dynamic organisation.
KEY JOB OUTPUTS Management of all financial/administration, statutory returns, corporate reporting, information technology and buying/stores functions (34 staff members) Provision of management information Business process development
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES People development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels Customer service mindset Computer literate with process development skills Analytical and strategic Manufacturing/fishing exposure
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE Chartered accountant or similar business qualification Minimum of 10 years experience in a computerised accounting environment Experience in managing a finance/administration department servicing multiple business units and statutory companies
