SOCIAL WORKER

Requirements:
Qualified and registered Social Worker
Minimum 3 years experience
Keen to work in a multi-disciplinary team
Able to provide psycho social support for patients in hospital and community
Excellent knowledge of procedure for social grant application
Good understanding of current socio-economic conditions in this region
Valid unendorsed drivers licence
Good computer literacy
Proficiency in written & verbal English & Afrikaans
Ability to speak Xhosa would be an advantage
