For the third year in a row Liberty Medical Scheme made a donation to Drakenstein Palliative Hospice for their Annual Spring Walk - this year on Saturday 30 October, starting at the Paarl Rugby Club.
Dirk Joubert, (Branch Manager, Liberty Paarl) hands over a cheque totalling R35 000 to Tommy Goliath, co-ordinator for Drakenstein Palliative Hospice.
The 22km Mountain Walk starts at 06:00, followed by the 11km Spring Walk at 08:00. At 08:15, the 8km Funwalk will kick off. At 08:30 the 3km Kiddies’ Walk starts. Contact Tommy at 082-439-5855 for more information.
