THE organisers of the Cell C Cycle Tour of South Africa, have warned that motorists in the Paarl area will experience traffic congestion and road restrictions during the last stage of this race on Saturday morning.
Cyclists will cycle through Paarl and Paarl East from Market Street, which will be closed from 06:00 to 14:00, while many other arteries like Main Street and Berg River Boulevard South will be affected.
