Death of architect

A WELL-KNOWN former Paarl municipal official, Cedric Vos (82) of Orange Street, died on 27 June after a long illness.
Vos, who studied architecture at UCT graduating first degree, was in private practice locally before being appointed municipal architect of Paarl in 1956. He retired 23 years later in 1979.
He designed a number of municipal buildings such as the fire station and traffic office.
