AN old boy of Paarl BHS until Grade 10, Ross Clark (25), this week became the 50th British soldier to die in Afghanistan. Lance Bombardier Clark matriculated as head boy at Somerset West Private School, where he gained provincial colours in mountain biking.
He studied mechanical engineering before joining the British Army in 2002.
